John Wilson is an interior designer with over 25 years experience of working on projects in the commercial, Retail, Residential, Hospitality and Corporate office sectors. John has an extensive track record of working with clients and liaising with architects, contractors, decorators and craftsmen and has managed multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large and small scale projects. The attention to detail, technical knowledge and ability to produce high quality work is demonstrated by the gallery of completed work.
John Wilson BArch (Hons) DipArch studied Architecture at Heriot Watt University / Edinburgh College of Art. Post graduation he moved first to London then Milan to pursue a career in Interior Design. This led him to work with some of the most prominent Architects and designers of the time gaining a wealth of experience of working on a diverse range of interior projects.
John lived and worked in Italy, France , Belgium and Australia before returning to London where he worked for large Architectural practices as a senior interior designer working on a variety of residential, retail, office and hospitality projects. After several years as design director of a Chelsea Harbour based design practice, John decided in 1999 to launch John Wilson Design and channel all the experience gained into his own business.
Since launching John Wilson Design, John has built up an extensive portfolio of beautiful well crafted designs while skillfully guiding clients through the design process and overseeing every detail to project completion.
